What are the MOQ and lead time?

What crimping tool is required?
A matching crimping tool is required. We can supply crimping and release tools or advise based on the tools you already have.
What certifications do you have?
We can arrange third-party testing (such as TÜV or UL) at the customer’s request and provide material and test data. If your target market has mandatory certification requirements, please tell us when you inquire and we will assess feasibility.
Can they be mated with other brands’ MC4 connectors?
We do not recommend it. Tolerances, materials and locking structures differ between brands, and mixing may raise contact resistance, weaken sealing or cause heating. Use matched pairs from the same supplier and batch.
What are the rated voltage and current?
Rated voltage is 1000V/1500V DC and rated current is about 30A (2.5/4mm²) and 35A (6mm²). Actual current capacity depends on the cable and ambient temperature.
Which cable sizes are supported?
2mm², 4mm² and 6mm² (14/12/10 AWG) PV cables are supported. Please send the cable outer diameter so we can match the right seal.
Are your products original MC4 connectors?
Our products are MC4-compatible connectors with interface dimensions matching the mainstream MC4 standard. They are not original-brand products. MC4 is a third-party trademark used only to describe compatibility.
